Right of Withdrawal – Only for Purchases from the Online Store

As a consumer you have the right to return the entire order or part of the order without having to specify a reason for the return of the products, within 14 calendar days from the date of the receipt of the order. A refund will be given to you in the same method as that of the original payment.

The products must be returned closed, in a new and unused condition and in their original packaging. They can be returned in the same method as originally received , accompanied by a completed Return Form.

If products are returned via the courier service the customer will bear the cost.

If the return is made because products are faulty or do not fulfill the description given REBIRTH DAY SPA LTD (the COMPANY) is committed to bear the cost of returning the product, and the refund will be made in the method of the original payment.

The Right of Withdrawal is subject to exceptions as set out in Article 15 of the Consumer Rights Act of 2013 (133(I)/2013).

Product Returns due to delivery error / Defective

In the cases where other products are delivered rather than the ones sold, by type or quantity, or in the case of the delivery of a defective / faulty product, or if the product does not fulfill the description given the customer must return the products for inspection and verification of the error. In this case the costs of returning the products to the company as well as the costs of delivering back the correct product to the customer, are borne by the COMPANY, provided that the method of return proposed by the company is accepted.

Right of Return

If you wish to return a product purchased, you can do so, within 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions.

– The product is accompanied by the relevant receipt.

– The product is sealed and in a marketable condition

The value of the product is returned in the form of a credit note. Alternatively, a refund may be requested, using the same method as the payment was executed.

Delivery

For delivery orders, the orders are usually despatched within 1-2 business days and a maximum of 5 business days. You will be notified of any delay longer than 3 working days.

The delivery cost for orders is currently €5 and is indicated on checkout. This price may be subject to change.

*Please note all orders marked for delivery are dispatched between the hours of 10:00 and 16:00 Monday to Friday.

– Delivery is currently by ACS courier and may be subject to change.

NOTES:

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days.

Orders that are received before 13:00 Monday to Friday are usually dispatched next working day.

For orders that are received after 13:00 – we will attempt to dispatch next working day.

Orders received during the weekend or public holidays are dispatched one day after the next working day and arrive withing 48hrs.
